yoga nidra ($15/1 credit) is a deeply relaxing class with props, soft music, and guided rest. Check in with your 5 layer body and reflect on the past month and set intentions for the coming month. Reset your nervous system, start fresh for the new month ahead.

full moon events  We offer a community celebration event each full moon.  Canoe trips, chanting, zumba, dance, graduation party, movie night - these are some of the examples.  We ask for your help in cleaning up afterwards.  Price listed on event.

special topics  Sometimes we offer 2-10 day intensives with more thorough workshops as a part of the intensive.  Pricing on those is listed clearly on our schedule.
