Santosha Certified Yoga Teachers
We graduate teachers one unique, beautiful teacher at a time - in the traditional, time-tested, ancient apprentice style method.
Our teacher trainings are thorough and our graduates are professionally trained. This is unfortunately no longer common.
You can trust that each 200 hour graduate has studied at least 650 hours, has taught at least 50 classes as an apprentice, and can confidently teach an all levels beginning yoga class, using 4 stages of teaching: silent (do like me), talk teaching, working with individuals, using physical adjustments.
Our 500 hour graduates have studied at least 1200 hours, taught at least 100 classes, and can confidently teach the inner practices of yoga (breathing and meditation), and can adapt the tools of yoga to an individual's needs.
Each of our graduates has passed our thorough curriculum of credits, exams, homework and practicum listed at teacher training
