Santosha is a multidisciplinary school and yoga studio. It is your place for high quality, affordable Yoga classes in a friendly community environment. We believe in certification and feature Yoga Alliance certified yoga teachers. Services available include Ayurveda health consultations and Bodywork including Thai massage. Career training is available for those interested in Yoga Teacher Training, Ayurvedic Health Practitioner or Body Work.
