What is TRX Suspension Training:

  • a bodyweight exercise that develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously
  • in a short, focused workout tone your entire body with 100s of exercises to fit your needs and help you reach your goals

TRX Private / Semi-Private Session may include:

  • focus on proper and safe alignment and key actions of each exercise as adapted to your body type, age, and circumstances

  • strengthen your yoga practice (no yoga experience necessary)

  • support and enhance certain yoga poses where lack of strength or fear are holding you back

  • improve balance, stability, and flexibility

  • core muscles are challenged in every exercise

  • build lean muscle without lifting weights

  • have fun and play!

  • learn breathing techniques specific to you

  • ask questions and receive guidance

  • bring your phone and have the instructor take pictures of your practice to track your progress
